Tell Dorian Yates that.

I actually don't mind if guys scream, i kinda like the hardcore sense about it. Assuming of course that they are busting their ass in a correct manner (i.e. not curling 15lb db's, but rather squatting a load of weight)

You're a funny guy, Sully, I like you. Dat's why I'm going to kill you lahst.

This is really the most ridicoulous thing I've ever heard - I saw this girl doing triceps kick backs, and her elbows and arms were flailing all around her, so not wanting to be a smart ass gym-goer who tells people how wrong they're doing their lifts, I approach a gym instructor and point this out to her, asking her to correct the other gym-memeber, to which she replies:" Oh that's OK, she ( the lady with flailing arms) is not looking to build her arms, just to lose some weight!!" ?? WTF??

At the end of a training cycle when the weights get heavy, I've got to get a little crazy before I lift.

Of course I lift at home, so it doesn't bother anyone.

Dorian can scream all he wants . But the average gym rat who is using sub par weight and "vocalizing" on every rep doing something like pushdowns, is just a moron crying out for attention.

Well I didn't think of it as "rattin"someone out.I never said a persons name,or pointed anyone out,or described the person,I just said they need to put up a sign.I am pretty sure I aint the only one who don't like drinking out of a fountain that someone spits. in.I do believe in "gym ettique" such as wiping off your sweat from the equipment you use or using a towel, not to look like a pansy, but just out of respect for fellow gym goers.
