    Question Best/Worst body parts

What are your best and worst body parts?

My best have to be my legs. I've always had a strong chest and my legs were very skinny growing up. I've made a huge effort to develop them and have added 3 inches to them in the last 12 months. I absolutely love leg day and the squat, front and back, is my favorite movement along with stiff legged deadlifts.

My worst is my shoulders. Genetics are keeping me from having those nice, rounded shoulders that everyone wants. My body was built to play basketball, but I had other plans.

My quads, they've always responded well. Second would be my chest.

My legs have always been strong, but average sized. My shoulders are probably my best. As for worst...probably my waist size, 34 should be maybe 32 to have a nice v shape?

I'd like to add muscle everywhere, but I think my shoulders aren't bad. I'd really like to add some size and definition to my legs. I'm working on it though.

I think my arms are my weakest parts. If we're talking about what grows the easiest........ that would be my butt. (but, it protrudes nothing like the baboon's) Other than that I think I've grown pretty much in proportion this year.

Best: my legs. Ive always enjoyed running so they kept their shape for the most part.

Worst: My stomach. After-baby fat is really difficult to knock off, especially when you let yourself go while youre pregnant..

    Re: Best/Worst body parts

I would have to say Legs are my worst....They really get the best of me and especially when your leg day has to be done on a cold day because, after leaving the gym after a few minutes my legs tend to lock up while walking home......

I once fell while trying to walk up the stairs and had to wait for someone to pass by in the hall way to straighten me up....lol

My chest and biceps are rather huge and always get a great pump no matter what I do...my calves were donated to me by a stork, however. It took me 10 years to get them to look decent!

Best: Thanks to 12 years of mountain biking, my legs have looked good for quite a while.

Worst: Also thanks to a focus on MTBing, my chest and back are puny.

hmm i have only been working out 2 years... and i left my legs the last thing to workout, but they are pretty big cause they were always were, i think the best responder would be my arms and my chest now days except it still has a breast looking thing when its not pumped up will hopefully get rid of that soon, too much fatty depoists there... but the least responder would be probably my back or shoulders...

The easiest body part to train has to be my legs, they build pretty quick. My hardest to train is my shoulders but I'm sure thats because I hate doing them.

I have no lagging bodyparts these days .. Overall development seems to have stopped alltogether ...

I don't know what could have caused that to happen (DIET DIET DIET ..).

About one month ago I'd gone for shoulders .. always loved to train those. As worst: Calves. Hate those. They don't like me either.
