    when I first started, I squated 10lb plates, with perfect form (ass to grass), now I can squat over 300lbs ass to grass with perfect form...for many reps, no pads, no belts, no knee wraps.

    I believe squat is one exercise you MUST MUST MUST keep good form (you have to be flexible too!! so start stretching!!), not only will you be injury free, you will also improve faster.
