    Curling

i noticed that when i go the full ROM by flexing my triceps for a second at the bottom, i use much less weight while curling. I tried that for like a month but my friend goes heavy and doesn't make his arms straight at the bottom so it's easier to do. His biceps get wayy bigger than mine and i was wondering if i should still go with the full ROM or go heavy and make my biceps bigger?

use full ROM, all the way down, but you shouldn't relax your biceps at the bottom (constant tension).

I prartically try to invert my elbows at the bottow of my curls. I started trying that after reading something posted on this forum. Very good for curls I think. Pull up and prevent it from falling down as far as possible if you know what I mean.

How do you invert your elbows at the bottom of the curl?

Most studies have shown that the eccentric part of the exercise (ie, when you are un-curling the curl exercise) is where the most growth is stimulated, so take full advantage of it by lowering the weight slowly and completely without resting at the bottom.
