Improving full body workout

When I was younger and creative, I was trying to give "full body workout" another meaning. After working out I kept looking for an exercise that would involve every muscle of the human body with just one lift. You can imagine how that went.
Somebody could help me to solve the mystery?
It would be very helpful to the business men with no time, one lift and they are good to go.

Yeah, the clean and press is about as close as you're going to get. The only problem is the press is going to limit the amount of stress you can put on your lower body during the clean part of the action.
