HIT Books

Im interested in doing some reading on HIT. What books would all you HIT supporters suggest i start with? I have seen that there are a few books by Mentzer, but i didnt know which to start with. Also, any other authors/books to look into would be appreciated.

Dr. Darden and Dorian Yates probably have some material out there for ya.

Get Darden's latest book The New High Intensity Bodybuilding (I believe that is the correct title).

Maximize your Training by Brzycki is an awesome book. Dr. Darden's book The New High Intensity Training is excellent.
