I returned to the gym to start training again last wednesday, and it is 1 week now...and I can still feel my muscles are a little tight and sore, a little bit at least...my plan was to go today...should I or should I wait until I can't feel anything?

Are all your musscles sore and tight? If you just did upper body or something, then go do a leg workout.

Yea, Its just my upper body, generally when I stretch I can feel my chest..pecs.. being a little tight and my biceps a little too.. I unfortunately can't start with my legs until my injury heals...I buggered my left leg 4 weeks ago![]()
