    Question Should I train?

I returned to the gym to start training again last wednesday, and it is 1 week now...and I can still feel my muscles are a little tight and sore, a little bit at least...my plan was to go today...should I or should I wait until I can't feel anything?

    Go back when fully healed.

You are not in shape yet and could easily get injured.

    Take it slow.

Are all your musscles sore and tight? If you just did upper body or something, then go do a leg workout.
