not sure if this is a good training split....

So I'm trying to think of a split...

    Monday: Chest/Shoulders
Tuesday: Light group training & Forearms (I didn't put much here because the next day is tough)
Wednesday: Intense group training (cardio) I'm always pretty beat after this. The trainer makes us do pyramid pushups, ab work, burpees and tread water for a while.
    Thursday: Rest day?
    Friday: Moderate badminton & Biceps/Triceps
    Saturday: Lower back/Cardio and abs
Sunday: Upperback/Legs (I hope my forearms aren't ripped apart from back that i can't do deadlifts)

Really, ANY feedback that you give is appreciated and i'll take it into consideration.
