    Creatine Gains

I would like to know how much of my weight gain will I loose while on a creatine off cycle? I was on it for about 6 weeks and gained 10 lbs. How long should I stay off of it?

typically the maximum amount of intra-muscular water retention from creatine will be reached in 7-10 days. so what ever you gained the first 7-10 days is what you should lose once you come off.

    personally I don't cycle creatine...

I was having trouble gaining weight and I was stuck at 153lbs for about a year until I decided to use creatine. I would like to know if there is anything else apart from creatine that I can use in between creatine cycles or alone?

Creatine wont make you add mass. It does help you to train harder. To grow you need eat adequate cals with balanced macros.

Besides of course illegal steroids, are there any products out there that may help me gain mass that have little or no side effects? I have seen many products out there but I am afraid to take them because my wife and I are planning on having kids shortly?

First, I may be a n00b, but I do know that fat cells do not directly create ATP. If you are looking for a good source of building blocks to create ATP from, look to the liver.

Second, on the Internet there are only two ways that others may gage your intelligence. This is by what you write and how you write it.

    Hahaha

I think this simple concept escapes a lot of people.

I'm not sure how much LBM one can gain in 6weeks, depends on diet I guess. I suspect most of it is water retention, but I may be talking out the anus

Yeah, it's called the right food. Most likely, you aren't eating enough and/ or eating the right foods to enable you to gain mass. The diet and nutrition section is your friend.

I do consume the right foods! I am eating a 2 - 1 ratio protein to carb meal. Along with glutamine, vitamin c and meal replacement shakes.

You will retain 2.342 lbs of lean mass. Most alarmingly is the fact that your penis won't work the entire time you are of it.

Just playin. I don't really see why you are cycling off after only 6 weeks, I typically go 12 weeks and then take 1 week off, but don't know that it is necessary to ever cycle off. Long term studies on steady use of about 5g/ day have not yielded any problems from what I can remember.
If sense were common, everyone would have it.
