14 year old seeking help

Hello everybody, as the title says i'm 14, and seeking help.

I'm not very strong right now, I was going to the gym a few months ago and just lifting the machines and dumbells. I stopped going for about two months and now I want to get back in.

I'm looking for a reasonable workout that I can do (arms and legs same day)
But the gym at my apartment complex doesn't have much, just a few machines which I don't know the names to, a treadmill, and only one type of freeweight (dumbells).

Has some sorta of butterfly machine
Has a machine thats similar to bench pressing
Leg press machine
One type of freeweight (dumbells)
Treadmill

I don't look very good right now, I have a developing belly, but not very "attractive"
I want to get stronger and look better

So given the things at the gym in my complex could someone put together a reasonable workout that will help me achieve what i'm looking for? I go the gym every monday and thursday, to give my muscles plenty of time to heal.

(This is a bit offtopic, but I don't really feal comfortable working out in front of adults, they lift 200-300lbs. while i'm lifting 15lbs dumbells, and 115lbs on a machine, I feel like I get in the way and annoy them.)

Weight : 145 (actually I believe near 150)
Height : 5'7 (maybe a bit taller)

Thanks guys, I hope i'm not asking for to much, I realize diet matters to, and I have a resonable one, I just want to get stronger and look better than I do right now. I also realize this won't happen overnight.

Good Luck to you. Are you male or female?

You shouldn't let that bother you, you are there for you and no one else.
Remember they once started out small or fat.
Just make sure you learn some gym etiquette and you'll be OK.

Look at your situation in another way LittleKid (killer name by the way ). You start lifting now with what you have at hand. Stay with it. ALL the pro's that are at the top of their games started out young like you are now. If an old dude is in your way be nice and wait your turn ... then hit that machine like it stole your lunch money!!!

Read all the stickies you see in the training area.

The size will come.

Don't be intimidated by the older/bigger guys. You'd be surprised how much they will teach you if you are respectful and they see you putting forth a good effort.

Just follow etiquette and they will respect and be nice to you. Why, I remember the other day, a young buck such as yourself came to me looking for guidance. I told him to stick with me and everything will be fine. I sent him to the juice bar to get me a double espresso and tomorrow he will be mowing my lawn. Wax on wax off daniel san.

Just playin, but I recommend what Premier said, read the forums and soak in what you can, ask questions if need be, and for christ's sake where's my espresso.

I was there once-I was a fatboy. I started out with nothing or little-try and get those dumbells to be the mnost of your workout-even squats and deads (along with benchES) should surround your workout. Couple this with shoulder presses and the like-and you should be seeing results as fast as possible. Also, dont let the big guys intimidate you-they were like you in the same way.

Eat well, train daily, die anyway.
