    Reverse Hyperextension Accessory

I need something that I can wear around my ankles that will allow me to easily attach additional resistance so I can not have to worry about the dumbbell between my ankles sliding up and ruining my chances of having children one day. Anyone know where I might be able to find something like this?

the worst part is that you can't get something to hang on your nakles that will be heavy enough. that is the problem i have. so i just have to do them off the side of a bench with BW for high reps.

That sucks. Oh well. I can live with hanging a dumbbell between my legs.

    1) do them in front of the cable machine with no bench and just attach the ankle attachment to the cableand do sinlge leg reverse hypers.

    2)Use thera-bands instead of DBs

3)Tie a black thera-band super tight and stick it around your lower calf about 6 inches above your ankle, right in front of where the weight will be. Not only will this prevent it from sliding, you will get one hell of an isometric contraction from your abductors if you tie it tight enough.

Thanks Dale. I will certainly consider that method.
