Shakes after weights

Whenever i do an arms day i get small shakes in my arms whenever i pick stuff up even if its something light like a cup of coffee. iv tried reducing the weights a bit but it dnt make any differenece. Does anyone else get this? i dnt think im over training



- A hardcore bodybuilder is one who thinks that vomiting after the last set of squats is such a waste of protein.

The shaking is because your muscles are worn out and don't have as much strength to stabilize. Don't lower your weights. The shaking means that you got a good workout.

This used to always happen to me the first year or so I started training. I don't think its that abnormal.

Nahh its a normal thing for the body to do when worn out, sounds like you have been training to failure or a high amount of sets...
