my past workouts for chest and biceps have been good, but not as good as i would like them to be, so if you have any pointers then please say, i will start off by writing my last weeks routine out:
CHEST:
Flat bench press 4x3-6
Incline DB press 3x3-6
Incline DB flys2x3-6
Dips 1x3-6
BICEP:
Barbell curls3x3-6
Machine preacher curls3x3-6
Standing DB concentration curls 3x3-6
i am curently trying to put on mass, hence the lower rep range. but any help would be greatly apreciated,...i am 17 years old and weigh 220, pretty solid, not too much fat on me but a little bit im working towards a 6 pack right now and curantly have about a 4 pack, lol. thanks for your help!
Looks pretty good. Just my opinion but I'd move your dips up the order (2nd or 3rd) for 2 or 3 sets and get the reps up then start adding weight for 4-6 reps.
