    Advice on my Split

    My split looks like this:

    day 1: back/trap/bi
    day 2: legs
    day 3: chest/shoulder/tri
    day 4: rest

    repeat

    I have been getting bigger using this split. I know everyone on this board believes that this is overtraining but it seems to work and i can't bring myself to take more rest.

    day 1:

    High Rows 4 sets
    Wide grip rows 3 sets
    close grip rows 3 sets
    lat pulldowns 4 sets
    upright rows 3 sets
    shrugs 4 sets
    standing bicep curls 3 sets
    preacher curls 3 sets
    reverse curls 3 sets
    concentration curls 3 sets

    day 2:

    Squats 4 sets
    Leg press 3 sets
    leg extensions 4 sets
    leg curls 4 sets
    calve raises 4 sets

    day 3:

    Bench press 4 sets
    inclince db press 3 sets
    decline db press 3 sets
    hammer strength bench machine 3 sets
    butterflies 4 sets
    front and side raises 4 sets each
    close grip smith machine press 4 sets
    tricep extensions 4 sets
    inclined french press 4 sets

    if you can't bring yourself to take more rest how about at least making it a 4 day split. then you would at least get more "rest" because it would be 4 days between each workout instead of just 3 .
