best time to do cardio?
i am curious when the optimum time is to do cardio, i have been bulking for about 2 and a half months and went from 200 to 220 and decided to trim up the midsection but stay at the same weight, ive tried both cardio right after a workout and also tried cardio later on in the day, which would be best to not loose muscle mass? Would doing cardio right after a workout take away from gains that i might recieve from my workouts? i am curently doing cardio 3 or 4 days a week, between 20-30 minutes at a time, keep in mind that i dont want to loose muscle size and just want to turn my almost 4 pack into a 6 pack.
thank you for all replies! |
