    Forms of Cardio

    Question for anyone here:

I used to run (HIIT and jogging) outside as my main form of cardio. Now that its too cold, what else are you guys doing to get your cardio in? And dont tell me youre all doing a 3 month bulk....I have a treadmill and a bike downstairs, punching bag (for kickboxing) and jump rope in the garage, which one would be the best cardio?

Also kind of a sidenote, does anyone here use the Tabata method, aka HIIT with weights?
    Thanks

Ellipiticals have always been my weapon of choice to burn fat. If you don't have access to one, I'd go with the treadmill. You want to keep your heartrate consistent, and if you're getting crazy on the kickboxing you'll be too jumpy with your HR and won't be as effective when you try to burn fat.
