I dont usually chime in on these types of topics because i think no one think works for everyone, nor do i consider myself qualified BUT.. In my opinion, i think for any given chest workout, you should only do two presses. Same with shoulders.

As for the leg workout, i would throw in some leg extensions if you joints allow. Also some leg curls if you feel up to it.

I would probably drop 2 sets from DB shrugs and barbell shrugs.

    Rest looks good.

Again, i believe no one thing works for everyone, i kind of found myself shaping your workout according to my personal tastes. Best bet really is to test things out in the gym and see what works, and also visit here frequently, theres alot of knowledgeable people. Make sticky's and the search funtion your friend.

    Good Luck

Give or take a few exercises, that looks like my routine. On back days, I usually alternate between doing deadlifts one week and bent over rows the other. Like sabre said, its kinda personal opinion, but I'll usually alternate pressing exercises week to week so that I'm only performing one or two pressing exercises per day. For me, I feel like I can only really give a maximum effort on the first press exercise I do and I don't think I get as much out of the subsequent pressing exercises.
