    volume training and your opinion

    Just wondering how u guys have done with volume training I'm a firm believer in volume training i think its the way bodybuilding should be arnold is my idol so thats one reason i like so much. but lately Ive been second guessing it after reading around a bit and getting farmiliar with other routines.

    cycle it in. I prefer les volume but more frequent workouts.

    Ive never actually met anyone natural and big that did volume training.

    except for newbies, who can pretty much do anything and increase LBM with the right diet...
