    MAX OT Question

I prefer to lift heavy each workout but I often told to 'cycle' my workouts such as week1- heavy week 2- medium heavy week 3 -light but then MAX-OT recommends lifting from start to finish of the 12 week routine.

As I want to build up strength and muscle (and lose fat) what is the better way to go.??

    Thanks.

see lifting light wont trigger any sort of muscle growth

Since Max-OT is built on the fact you want to gain muscle fast, best way to do this is going heavy all the time.

I understand you would like to burn fat also, but its much harder and slower to gain muscle and burn fat as opposed to muscle gain cycle then after your done the 12 week program go on a 6 week cut or something.

    Just a suggestion

Max OT is great. Give it a try.

And BTW... cycling poundages is just bunk IMO.

If you want to try Max-OT, then try it. There is no best way to do something. Just give it a shot; don't worry about what someone suggested. Max-OT has proven successful for many.
