Loosing Muscle but Staying Hard

Hello Gotta question for ya'll

My best friend is 5'3 and 13% bodyfat. She's really lean, but her thing is that she wants to loose some of her muscle but still look hard and not like a cardio "bunny" and keep her bodyfat the same. How can she do this?

A better question is why does she want to do this?

The only time it's bad to feel the burn is when you're peeing...

It's her own personal prefrence. She doesn't like the way she looks, she thinks she's too muscular.

Somehow convince her that muscle is way more attractive? Either that or tell her she can do long sessions of cardio and wipe away her muscle tissue, making her look awful .

Today I can do what others will not so that tomorrow I will do what others cannot.

The difference between winners and losers is that winners do things that losers don't want to do.

I guess that is a "good" way to do it. I somehow doubt she is too muscular if she hasn't been lifting for years. Ask her if you can post her picture on this site so we can boost her confidence.

loing LBM will lower her resting metabolic rate making fat gain easier if she stays on the same diet.

personally I don't understand why anyone would intentionally want to lose LBM, mother nature will take care of that for sure in time..

Dumbest statement made in the Anabolic Zone for Nov
