Pullups, Chinups, Dips etc. VS Weight Training

If someone does chest and back on Monday would it be a bad idea to do bodyweight exercises like pullups & chinups on following day? (Not on a regular basis)

I would not do the same muscle groups two consecutive days. Why not incorporate the pull ups into your chest/back workout and take the next day off, so you can grow!!!

Sometime's i've done weight and calithenics in the same workout, a nice combination. For chest, presses/flys combined with pushups/dips, or rowing combined with chins.

I keep dips and chest quite a bit apart. My split:
Mon: Chest/Biceps/Abs
Tues: Delts/Shoulders/Calves
Wed: Rest
Thurs: Triceps/Biceps/Back/Abs
Friday: Quads/Hams/Calves
Sat/Sun: Rest
