dealing with soreness!

hey guys.. it's been long since i last posted.
after trying this new program which is to superset 2 exercises per body part (eg. tricep - skull crushers/dips),i get really really sore! it's like its tender to the fugging touch. it lasts for a few days .(today is the 2nd day after shoulder/triceps day) and my triceps hurts like bitch.

anybody has any idea how to reduce the pain without taking NSAID? it's been really bothering me damn.

Right now, my triceps, biceps, traps and shoulders are sore, but I enjoy it as it means I'm doing something right..

Rather feel sore than stuffed

no pain no gain man....if you're not getting sore after that, you're doing something wrong. take an advil, stay hydrated and do some light stretching.

I feel that. My car has a manual transmission, so it is a task to operate it smoothly when my legs are shaking from the workout I just finished.

Maybe a decrease/increase in frequency per week for each muscle. A whirlpool or steambath post-workout would help, or a massage from an attractive masseuse (wink).

after ramadan (fasting month which i didnt weight train)... i returned to weight training.

i was in heaven from the soreness. Like my soulmate just came back...i was sooooo happy that i felt sore no matter how much it hurt. I was in a mental utopia... Damn it felt good.

If I'm not sore, I know I wasted a workout. A full-body massage from the wife always helps in the end though
