Good work out?
This is usually what I do for arms when I go to gym (every monday and thursday)
1 set 15 reps of 90 pound shoulder press, 2nd set 10 rep 110 pound shoulder press 1 set 35 reps of 15 pound dumbell (debating on regular curls, or hammer curls) and by this time i'm pretty tired, so 1 set 10 reps of 15 pound pec-dec's Which totals up to 60 reps for my arms on mondays and thursdays, sometimes I run treadmill right when I get in to get warmed up a bit, then do those. Just wondering if it sounds okay, and what kinda results I should expect?(i'm 14 by the way, thats why light weights) |

well that routine is OK but you need to train your whole body. you are neglecting your chest, back, triceps and legs. they are all of the larger bodyparts...
