well that routine is OK but you need to train your whole body. you are neglecting your chest, back, triceps and legs. they are all of the larger bodyparts...
This is usually what I do for arms when I go to gym (every monday and thursday)
1 set 15 reps of 90 pound shoulder press, 2nd set 10 rep 110 pound shoulder press
1 set 35 reps of 15 pound dumbell (debating on regular curls, or hammer curls)
and by this time i'm pretty tired, so 1 set 10 reps of 15 pound pec-dec's
Which totals up to 60 reps for my arms on mondays and thursdays, sometimes I run treadmill right when I get in to get warmed up a bit, then do those. Just wondering if it sounds okay, and what kinda results I should expect?(i'm 14 by the way, thats why light weights)

I train differently than most, my beef is with gravity the weights on the bar are just the medium...Thanks to Wall Street your slice of the American Pie has been reduced to a crumb.
I do legs, I just mentioned arms because everything else I believe is O.K.Originally Posted by LAM
But I don't have a good exercise for triceps right now (actually I don't even have one) my gym doesn't have much![]()
I love close grip bench presses. It is my favorite tricep exercise, bar none. Dips and the reverse grip bench press are also awesome.Originally Posted by LittleKid
Try really close grip supinated pullups for a good bicep exercise.
The only time it's bad to feel the burn is when you're peeing...
