Molding high biceps?
Today was my arm day, so its still fresh in my mind..................
Ok, so it looks like I gotta set of pipes on me, but I really dont, 13". The thing is my tricep is so much larger than my bicep. Its like unsymmetrical. I want to do a show in a few years, how can I elongate the muscle? and what are good mass builders for the bi? |

In my opinion, it looks like you want your outside to look the way you feel deep inside. You know how hard you've worked to get where you are, and the physical expression of the internal strength is why you like the idea of muscle -Kane

Your muscle lengths depend on your bone structure. You can't shorten or lengthen them, however you can create the illusion of this with proper posing. As for mass builders, curls, curls and more curls - there is only so much you can do with your bicep. Make sure you're hitting both the biceps brachii and the brachialis by varying your grip.

Your bis and tris look in proportion to me. The tri is a larger muscle, and should make up 2/3 of the upper arm.
And as pony said, you cannot elongate a muscle. Shape depends on tendon and ligament insertion points. You can only grow and shrink a muscle. Keep at it. Do lots of heavu straight bar curls. Your bi will also look larger when you lean up some. |

Triceps are 2/3 of the muscle on your arm. They should look bigger. I think yours look just fine.
You may want to try really close grip supinated chinups. Drag curls are also nice to hit the brachialis. |
