Need to work these bodyparts better. Suggestions?

I need to work these areas out harder (pic attached). I've included a body outline pic I used, thought you might find it handy.

I'm finding working these areas hard, or not aware of some moves for these areas that are as satisfying as a squat, bench or pec deck.

What I'm doing already, with body part I'm attempting to work in [brackets]:

- bench presses. Working but not giving much to the area just below the collar bone [1]
- [2] using shrugs and a move from standing to a T shape. But it's adding to my traps instead
- [3] Lat. pulldowns are working my back but other muscles come into play when it starts getting hard. Hard to stay focused on the lats. Wide-grip cable rows?
- [4] Grip's a nightmare these days. Not too sure how to sort it out, but I'll be checking out some guides when I can
- [5] Side crunches, cables pull down to work abs but area between forearms and pecs is left out

Thanks for any pointers

Most of those area's can be most effectivly worked with cable extensions and or dumbbells.

Example. Deltoids, effectivly worked with Lateral raises.Bent over lateral raises will bring some traps into play, and front raises are good for isolating the delt's.
Side lying lat raises, low pully lat raises.

or upright rows with a bar bell, just to name a few.

The forearms with reverse curls, or reverse wrist curls.

The lats, Serratus anterior, tricep long head, and major pecs can be effectivly hit with Dumbbell pull overs.

upper chest and delts w/tri brachs try dumbbell presses.

Let me know if i missed something bro.
