Pain in my chest
I know this is hard to answer without seeing and feeling it but have any of you had a pain in the chest area directly in the center chest. About three weeks ago I was doing CG bench and felt a pain in the area where the two sides of your rib cage connects. At first I thought I pulled my pec, but after a few weeks it went away and today doing deads the pain came back.
My question is could it be possible to pull the cartilage between the rib cage? It's in the same place they would spread the rib cage apart during heart surgery. This is what it feels like. Have any of you had a similar feeling? No, it's not a heart attack. I had a friend run a stress test on me to make sure of that. |
