After working out for 6 weeks now, I would like to change my routine alittle. Please comment. I work chest/triceps every Mon.
Incline DB Press
Flat bench DB Press
Seated machine flye
Should I do a 4th chest exercise? How many sets/reps?
Rope Pulldown (pulley)
Close grip bench press with EZ bar
Flat bench onearm bent DB extension
I was doing overhead DB extension
How many sets/reps should I do? I trying to put mass on.

Use barbells for your incline and flat bench press. Give declines a try as well. Pullovers also hit the chest somewhat, but I do them for my lats. Dips with your elbows flared outward would also be excellent.
For triceps, I would do dips as well, but keep your elbows tucked at your sides. Incline CG bench press is an interesting one. As well, I like the reverse grip bench press.
The only time it's bad to feel the burn is when you're peeing...
