Good or Bad?

Are these good maxes for a 17 year old?

Bench 195
Squat 430
Clean 205
Dead 355



Bench 205, 225 by June
Squat 456, 550
Clean 225, 245
Dead 355, 405
Age:17 and 4 months
Height: 5'9.25" (shoes off)
Weight: 175(birthday suit)
ANYTHING less then your best is sacrificing the gift
Lift Heavy, eat heavy, get BIG!

The squat max is excellent and everything else ain't half bad either. Usually you see about the same max for squats and bench with people that age...lol

Some seventeen year olds and some people in general are built in different ways. I fit the bill as your average seventeen year old, but I think it more so is about the fact that my legs were as skinny as my arms when I first started working out.

for your weight the squat is outstanding the dead is good, the clean is OK and the bench needs a lot of work.

Pretty good numbers. The bench press could be better, but it's not too bad. The squat is definitely the most impressive.
