60-70 is not too bad for total time, 45-60 is about where I am on most days.

I dont count time except between sets, I count my volume. I do around 5-6 sets of triceps work and shoulders I do almost nothing, 1-2 sets of side laterals and one set of rotator work very light. Pressing and rowing covers the rest.

I agree. Try to base your routines not on time but on sets. If your doing lets say six sets for triceps, if your five through, and that twenty minutes is up, don't forget that sixth set. Instead just remember the next week what you did wrong, and why it took you more than the elated time.

You should be worried more about the balance of frequency, volume, and intensity.
