How should you be lifting when your cutting ?
Hey all,
I was wondering how you should be lifting when your cutting ? Should you still be trying to increase weight loads or just keep it at original weight when you started your cut ? |

A routine that builds muscle when bulking will help retain it when cutting.

Cutting
Hi
I agree with the guys. When your cutting you don't want be shacking up your body too much. If you do , then you will only end up losing valuable muscle mass. Hope this helps mmuscle http://www.makemuscle.net |

I think a powerlifting routine would be best while cutting. It is nearly impossible to gain lean body mass while cutting. On the other hand, it is much more plausable to increase neuromuscular efficiency and speed.

i like to lift mainly heavy while cutting (to keep up strength), throwing in a few lighter higher volume workouts every now and again just to get a good pump and switch it about a bit
don't make the common mistake of going really high reps/light weight when cutting, you'll just loose all strength! and muscle! limit going light to maybe a couple of weeks in a 6 week cycle |
