Turkey Day workout anyone??

Anyone else hit the weights this morning? Chest and tri's for me. Just want to have one more reason to eat a pound of turkey today.

Just 1/2 hr of cardio this morning. Did my lifting monday and tuesday, off yesterday and today, then hit it again friday, sat, cardio sun. I figured that would be right to gt my work in, but not be too sore to reach the turkey.

I wanted to, but my gym only has hours 8am-noon today. I got up too late and had to hustle to get the food in the oven. Oh well, tomorrow is another day.

Did Chest, Tri's, and Core this morning. Now its time to binge until bedtime.
