Just 1/2 hr of cardio this morning. Did my lifting monday and tuesday, off yesterday and today, then hit it again friday, sat, cardio sun. I figured that would be right to gt my work in, but not be too sore to reach the turkey.


Anyone else hit the weights this morning? Chest and tri's for me. Just want to have one more reason to eat a pound of turkey today.![]()

i did a killing shoulder workout, then went home and stuffed my face a few hours later.

I missed my workout, they closed at noon, not 3PM
