I started end of august stat of september to bodybuild,and i have been doing a full body workout three times a week

Wednesday
Friday
I do this for an hour
I am considering doing this as a training regime
Week 1
Monday-Arms,Back,
Wednesday-Calves,Quads,
Friday-Chest,Shoulders,Abs
Week 2
Monday-Full body workout
Tuesday-Full body workout
Wednesday-Full body workout
Thursday-Full body workout
Friday-Full body workout
I havn't really noticed a big difference in physique really so i wanted to make week 2 much harder and allow me to concentrate on certain bodyparts in week 1
At the moment i am taking 2 teaspoons of Monohydrate Creatine (prolab) and 1 teaspoon of L Glutamine (prolab)
What else could i do?
your week 1 looks OK you could do that. Week 2 ain't good IMO, if you want to do FBW stick to 2 or 3 times a week. You'd kill yourself doing a FBW 5 days in a row, your muscles wouldn't have time to grow.
What this means is that when we drop a ball and it falls to the ground, it wasn't the ball that moved (down to the ground), but the ground that moved (up to the ball)
