    Help for School Project

    Hey Guys,

Just registered here, hoping that you'll be helpful, and that I'll learn lots! However, I'm doing a school project on weight training, and am hoping to compare results from a bunch of different people, with different routines, to see how certain things (sleep, diet, cardio etc.) change results. So, what would be SUPER is if any of you guys were willing to give me a copy of your program, and your starting weight, and then your results, after you've completed your routine. Plus, if you wanted to include what you'd eat in a day, that'd be super too! If you don't want to post it here, my email is emmz1513@hotmail.com. Thanks a ton!!

I get about 7 hours of sleep a night. I eat 4500 calories over 7 meals throughout the day. I lift sunday-thursday nights, then have friday and saturday off. the only supplements ive used are creatine and glutamine, but havent used creatine for the last month. i went from 174 lbs to 197 lbs in two months. can still wear the same pants i did when i weighed 142 lbs, though they are a touch tighter. oh yeah, and i do zero cardio. i lost a lot of strength and muscle after back surgery in september of 2003, so i had to kind of start over after having not lifted for 11 months. my bench press max went from 165 to 230 over this two month period, upping the weight every time i could perform 3 sets of 8 reps. i alternated DB and BB presses for a month and a half, now i just to BB each week.

youll find that diet is the biggest factor.
    cutting sucks.
