Go HIT I've read all the material on Max OT and it sounds interesting but I'm not sure that it wouldn't be overtraining after reading everything I've read about HIT.

I know Robert Dimaggio has used Max-OT on multiple occasions, and it definitely looks like it has worked for him.

They both stress going to failure and pretty low volume. Max OT is 4-6 reps while HIT is 6-10 reps (but keep going if you still can positively contract). However with HIT, you only do 1 exercise per BP every 7-14 days!!! Check out my journal or the end of YM's journal for examples of how structured w/o's are. It's been kicking my butt big time, I really like it!!

I used Max-OT for a while. I got a lot out of it, but once accustomed, its tough to gain much more (at least not without taking a lot of time for a differnt style).
