Somehow I sense exaggeration, but that is just my intuition. However, I do know that casein protein is a better protein at keeping you in an anabolic state for a longer time. Even so, it seems like a worthwhile product. This would be great as an additional protein supplement to whey, because whey is good on the other end of the spectrum.

I have used VPX Micellean MRP, which uses micellar casein, for over a year and give it a big thumbs up. I also used the original Met-Rx as well. I believe Micellar Casein to be a far superior protein to whey at all times except for postworkout.
VPX also makes a Micellean that is just protein and not an MRP for pretty much the same price if you get it from bulknutrition or DPS.
If sense were common, everyone would have it.
