Ryan could almost be considered a whimpy bencher now, I heard he was high 8s in training now though.

Not compared to you or I, but he is not a world record threat at the moment being around 200 pounds behind the leader.

Ryan has an 805 to his credit in competition and I believe I read he was close to 9s in training.

You haven't looked hard enough, then. I just bought a leg press machine today that's rated for 1,500 pounds and it's just a mediocre model. The fitness store I bought it from also sells leg presses that are rated for 3,000 pounds.



Bench: 330
Squat: Not enough!
Deadlift: 475
