    Working on legs

How much time do you think I should spend on working on legs?
    I do about 60minutes a week.

These are the muscles that I mainly work on.
    -Hamstrings
    -Quadracepts(sp?)
    -Adductor
    -Calves

If you're working them hard enough, that should be more than suffice.
