Very IMPORTANT question about TRAINING...PLease Answer

Hi.
I have a couple questions for all you guys.
First off is i cant do morning cardio because i have at 7:50 in the morning, so i was woundering if i could do cardio at 3:00 in the after noon right after school, then at like 7pm at night i do my weight training...is that effective or should i just stay with cardio after my weight training workout.

Next question is can you split up your routine through out the day. for example..

lets take my day 5 of weight training for example... its back and biceps ok....could i do back in the morning, then do biceps at night time...would that be any good, or is it just a waste of time and energy...

Sorry if these seem like dumb questions but im just learning...
Thank you for all your help.
Have a good day.

As far as cardio, doing it in the afternoon is fine. You're better off doing your cardio on separate days from your weight training if you can. If you're going to use a split, I guess it would be fine.

Using a split routine is ideal, most people do not have the time to do one (except pro bodybuilders). If you do, then do it!

Example of a split?

Day 1: Morning Chest / Evening Tri's & Shoulders
Day 2: Cardio
Day 3: Morning Quads / Evening Hamstring & Calves
Day 3: Off
Day 4: Cardio
Day 5: Morning Back / Evening Bi's
Day 6: Off
Day 7: Cardio
Day 8: Repeat

Just an example using 3 days of cardio with a 3 day split. If I had the time I would do something like this

If you wanted to do cardio on the same day as your work-out, then change the Cardio days to Off, and do your cardio on a training day.

Of course this all depends on what your goals are, this is just an example.

Hey that sounds good but i cant do anything in the morning because i have school.
Would something like this work good.

day1--right after school i do cardio, then at like 8pm i do chest and calves.
day2--right after school at 3pm i do cardio, then at night at 8pm i do quads and hams.
day3--abs then cardio.
day4--right after school cardio then at night i do triceps and shoulders.
day5--right after school is cardio then at night is biceps and back.
day6--rest.
day7--rest.

or would this work better.

day1--right after school cardio then at night chest,,calves.
day2--right after school at 3pm i do cardio, then at night at 8pm i do quads and hams
day3--rest...abd and cardio
day4--right after school i do shoulders and cardio...then at night i do triceps...or other way around what ever u think works best.
day5--right after school back and cardio....then at night i do bicep.
day6---rest

KS...splitting up your training into 2 sessions may work well for you as it will afford you two opportunities to get a large postworkout meal in. At 16 you probably will have the recovery ability to handle this, although I would only do this when necessary. As for cardio, if you can't do it in the morning, than do it right after the weights...but only once per day.

This was popularized quite a bit by Bill Phillips/Body for LIfe, but if I remember correctly, there is no real evidence to prove that this is any better than doing cardio at night, or whenever.

Anyone else have more info?

Toungue

C'mon Prince...you know that doing cardio on an empty tummy is far more effective than when you have food in your system.
