    Hiit

    Is HIIT done while working out? or do I stop working out?....

    Here is an example

    Monday- Workout
    Tuesday- HIIT
    Wed- Workout
    Thur-HIIT
    Friday-workout
    Saturday- HITT
    sunday- off

    Could i do that?

    Looks fine to me, but you'll have to see how you feel and if your overtraining. That's on you buddy!

    Would it also be ok to do both on the same day? workout in the AM and HIIT in the pm?

    Again it's up to how fast your body recovers. If I was you I'd stick to the schedule you already set up. Too much cardio can be detrimental to you and your on the edge as is.
