    Training [music boost]

can everbody list out your favourite band - music whenever you go to the gym?

for me it currently. Metallica - Battery/St. Anger
Disturbed - Forsaken/Down with the sickness
Slipknot - My Plague(maybe not. but it was better than the rest of the 'shit' crappy music i have)

This group really sings some groovy tunes. I just forget their name.
They seem to have a gay old time when they are on stage.

Alot of hiphop, and not the "club anthems" we hear all the time now, some old shit like epmd, old mobb deep, old wutang and some older westcoast stuff too. The one band that makes me pumped in the gym when im listening to them is rage against the machine.
