Sackin' up every day

everyone is different in how many cals they burn. Also how many sprints, the intensity, etc? Just count the food you eat and check your weight to see if you are gaining or not

I was once told in high school by my biology teacher that for two hours of running and tough drills you burn approx. 50000 cal. I don't know if this is true or not. I seriously dought it.
