Depends on if there are whips and latex leather involved or not.
I must not fear. Fear is the mind-killer. Fear is the little-death that brings total obliteration. I will face my fear. I will permit it to pass over me and through me. And when it has gone past I will turn the inner eye to see its path. Where the fear has gone there will be nothing. Only I will remain...

Another PL technique. It should only be used by advanced lifters, usually with an extensive background using westside.

Chains are merely a way to increase resistance at the top of a lift. To be honest, I find chains and bands to be silly unless one of two conditions is true:

    - Your weak point is at the top of a movement such as the squat or bench press. Even then, you could just gear accessory work to condition the muscle group most involved at this point in the lift or do some partial reps.

    - You do your big core lifts with equipment aids (Bench shirt, squat suit, knee wraps, etc.). This is because the shirt and suit will greatly enhance your strength "out of the hole." Therefore, more is required from you once the aid of this equipment tapers off toward the top of the movement.
The only time it's bad to feel the burn is when you're peeing...
