    Quick Questions

hello everyone. I probally should have searched this forum before posting this directly. Im 17 years old and i just started working out about 2 1/2 months ago and I go faithfully. My goal is really to be in shape by this summer. I do have some fat, but not much. I drink 100% whey protien with peanut butter and milk twice a day. I wanna get muscles, but then again I wanna be cut up. I also do the exercise machine, i forgot the name of it, its almost like ridding a bike but with your feet. Ill try to get the name of it when i go today. I do that for about 10 - 15 minutes a day ( i smoke so i gotta get up there gradually) and do abs on 2 different ab machines. On the running machine, at the time (10-15m) im burning about 200 calories, dont know if thats much or not. I was wondering, going at this course if its possible to be really cut by this summer time. I weigh about 185 and about 5'10". Do you have to eat the right foods all the time??? I mean would i have to make a seperate meal for myself when my mom cooks super, or just eating the selected foods here and there. Thanks in advanced to anyone who replies to this, sence im really starting to get into fitness.

If you arent as faithful to your diet as you are to your training, your results will be poor to none.
Read the sticky 'guide to cutting...' in the diet and nutrition forum. it contains a lot of great info.
