    What Time Do You Train?

What time of the day does everyone here train?
I'd do a poll, but nah - can't be stuffed...

    To the early birds...

For those of you who get up early... how do you time your supplements/creatine/breakfast etc. with your workout? Before or after?

I used to work out at 5:00AM up until about six months ago, now I work out after work around 6:00PM. My "gym" is a wellness center, so the post-work crowd consists mostly of treadmill users, exercise class people, and Nautilus machine users. The weight room is always pretty empty no matter what time of day.

all over the place, I do rotating shifts at work
What this means is that when we drop a ball and it falls to the ground, it wasn't the ball that moved (down to the ground), but the ground that moved (up to the ball)

On days when I work, I get to the gym between 10:30AM-11:00AM. On days when I don't work, between 11:00AM-3:00PM, unless I'm feeling really lazy.
