From Cut to Bulk In One Simple Shake?

Is it possible to effectivley switch from a cutting diet to a bulking diet just by adding a weight gainer shake? The shake I took in the past had 1100 calories, 180 carbs, 70 protein, and 30 fat. So is that enough to effectivly bulk? I don't usually have the time to eat more than I do, so if this is enough, that would be great. I'm 5'10", 165, and would like to get to 180-185 in a 3-4 month timeframe. What are your recommendations..........

How much of those carbs were from sugar

you expecting to take a weight gainer and add 20lbs just like that? ceteris paribus

no chance man! what do you mean you don't have time to eat anymore? you can't take 5 mins to make some tuna sadwiches, or grill a bit of chicken, boil a few eggs? its not exactly that time consuming, i'm sure you could... just depends how badly you want that lean muscle?

    peace

alrite, I think you guys misunderstood what i'm trying to do. I already have a solid diet of 5-6 meals a day, where i aim for 200 g's of protein a day, and 2500-3000 calories. what i want to do, is add a weight gainer shake to my diet, in hopes of getting that 15 pounds in 3-4 months (is a pound a week really that impossible?) my training is solid, i just need to up my calories, so will the skake be enough?
