If you're working out on Decline by yourself,to the brink of failure and no one is around to spot, please explain to me how you lower the weight slowly to the floor without putting your shoulder in a comprimising position....
As I said, I only do it when the gym is empty and can't get a spot.( this has happened all of two times i believe). Thus, if the gym is empty, no one can hear the weight being dropped and no one is there to get startled...even though my gym has a pretty good flooring.

Actually what really bothers me is the not re racking of the dumbbells. WHy should i have to pick up these fools messes. Ive also seen the girls that work there having to pick up 70-80 lb dumbbells because some lazy bastard had to leave them on the ground.
