    Post Prohormone Cycle Training

    HELLO,
    i just got off a five week 200mg per day cycle of 1-test and tribulus stack. i already perchased anti aromatisation pills and i will continue to take my tribulus.
    how should i be training in the weight room and be eating though. should i still be hitting the weights hard or taking it easy. should i still be eating my high calorie diet or lower them to maintance level thank you very much for your input

    Shorter sessions with slightly less volume (that is if you added the extra volume for the cycle). Otherwise, as you were.

    Try to avoid training past failure for the next 2-4 weeks.

    If you were on super-high calories for the cycle, then lowering is fine, but stay above maintenance.
