What's the main difference between a normal deadlift (fairly narrow grip, squat down to pick up weight, stand erect and lock out with straight back), a straight-legged deadlift (stand with knees slightly bent, use back to lift weight and lock out with straight back), and a sumo deadlift (legs much farther apart, same squatting action as normal deadlift, and lock out with straight back) as far as what benefits they do for you? Which gives you the most all-around power? Would it be wise to do different types, or is one good enough for most everything? Thanks in advance.
